Validation of transaction after pick-up or delivery

It is recommended by Safe Food Express that all agents or outlets validate their transactions after delivery. Make sure to follow the instructions below before confirming your transaction.

The process is very simple!

The Delivery Form

The transaction validation process is simple. Upon delivery, it is the responsibility of the sales agent to complete the delivery form and have it signed by the customer. The delivery record will contain the supporting documents of the transaction, and a copy will be given to the customer at the end of the delivery or in case of claim.

It is recommended to the points of service to fill out a delivery form for each transaction, as well as the customer to never forget to claim their copy at the time of delivery or reclamation.

The following step will show you how to identify the documents of benefit at the time of delivery or claim of the Order.

Customer Authentication

It is recommended to verify or authenticate the customer at the time of delivery or claim. Expired documents are not allowed.

It is mandatory that the beneficiary be present or a person authorized by a valid proof to receive the product.

Never forget to have the delivery form signed by the customer before leaving.

Data Validation

All information on the form is required. A transaction record containing empty fields will not be validated by our artificial intelligence system and payment will not be made.

It is recommended to fill in the transaction sheets and provide the necessary information for a better validation.

The final step is to inform you of the completion of the Transaction Validation Process.

Validation Process

Points of service are asked to validate their transactions daily. The form below provides you with all the necessary fields to be able to submit the required information.
Transactions not validated will not be paid. Only delays and errors in filling out the form will be taken into account.
